Guided by Theodore Jantjies, this course introduces the essential tools and techniques needed to bring characters and stories to life on stage and screen. Students will explore the core elements of acting through practical, hands-on training, including: Breathing & Voice: Develop vocal strength, clarity, and control while learning how breath supports performance. Script Analysis: Understand how to break down a script, uncover meaning, and make strong acting choices. Scene Study: Apply techniques in partnered scenes, focusing on connection, timing, and authenticity. Character Development: Learn how to build believable, layered characters from the inside out. Auditions: Gain insight into audition techniques, preparation, and how to stand out with confidence. Whether you're new to acting or looking to sharpen your skills, this course provides a supportive environment to grow, experiment, and discover your unique voice as a performer.
