Working with African Indigenous herbalism — the plant knowledge our grandmothers carried and we often overlooked — multi award-winning mixologist and cultural storyteller Lucinda Zinyemba from Lucy’s Magique shows you how to build functional, cocktails from the ground up ,in your own kitchen. Expect strange and wonderful botanicals, drinks that do something for your body, and a quiet kind of confidence every time you sip! What you will explore: Bantu mixology- what is it? Home Tool guide in your kitchen. Know Your Veld — ingredients you’re familiar with , and a few you've forgotten and something new . You'll learn what they taste like, and why they belong in a glass. The Infusion Lab The part nobody shows you: coaxing flavour into recipes . Less chemistry class, more slow magic. Guilt-Free by Design Sustainable , low-to-no alcohol, nothing wasted.
