Service Description
Nadine Roos is a professional athlete competing on the international stage, currently serving as Captain of the Springbok Women’s Sevens team and part of the leadership group for the Springbok Women’s 15s side. Her journey to success has been shaped by resilience, determination, and overcoming challenges from a young age. Through this course, Nadine shares the mindset, lessons, and life experiences that helped her grow both on and off the field. Focused on leading through action rather than words, this mentorship experience explores what it truly takes to succeed — from building mental toughness and discipline to understanding how success translates into both personal and professional environments. This course is designed to inspire individuals to push beyond obstacles, embrace hard work, and develop the confidence to lead by example in every aspect of life.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund; however, cancellations made less than 48 hours before will not be refunded.
